About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead a care home in Camden, London. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of care for residents while managing resources and compliance. Candidates must hold an active NMC Pin and have experience in managing large care homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilise leadership skills to motivate the care team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations with 24-hour responsibility.
- Manage financial performance and maintain occupancy levels.
- Promote independence and choice for service users.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and NMC guidelines.
Requirements
- Active NMC Pin required.
- Experience managing large care services.
- Caring and compassionate attitude.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-quality care team.
- Proven track record with “good” CQC ratings.

Compensation
The successful Clinical Service Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Location & Schedule
This position is based in Camden, London, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
