About the Role

To lead the MDT ensuring high quality of therapy intervention and coordinated approach to maximise rehab potential. To

negotiate with others around case management in complex cases To ensure the implementation highly specialist programmes

of care and treatment to meet the patients needs. To adapt practice to meet individual patients circumstances, including

due regard for cultural and linguistic differences To ensure the team demonstrate high level of clinical effectiveness

by use of evidence based practice and outcome measures, ensuring that these are embedded in the practice of all

clinicians in the service area (to include PROMS/PREMS) To provide professional support and advice to Specialist Neuro
