About the Role
Clinical Responsibilities Lead the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care, ensuring that all
practice is safe, patient-centred and recovery-focused. Maintain oversight of patients' mental and physical health,
ensuring any changes are documented, communicated and acted upon appropriately. Facilitate therapeutic activities and
maintain professional, supportive relationships with patients while upholding clear boundaries. Act as a keyworker for
designated patients, ensuring effective engagement and continuity of care. Ensure all clinical and risk assessments are
completed and regularly reviewed in line with Trust policies. Work within legal frameworks including the Mental Health
