Job scope:
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead to join us at Catalyst Care Group. As a Clinical Lead you will provide expert
oversight and operational support for complex community care packages. The Clinical Lead will act as the named clinical
professional for assigned packages, ensuring safe, person-centred, and high-quality care for individuals with complex
health needs such as tracheostomies, enteral feeding, epilepsy, and long-term conditions.
As a Clinical Lead, you will conduct clinical assessments, design responsive care plans, and maintain robust risk
