development, and research initiatives Develop and maintain professional expertise and act as a role model Create

guidelines, protocols, and care pathways for children's health needs Ensure compliance with NMC standards, medicines

management, and record keeping Manage HR processes including sickness, recruitment, and disciplinary procedures Plan

annual leave and appraisals to maintain equitable workloads Monitor and manage team budgets and financial targets
