About the Role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Clinical Lead to join Princeway Community Care Team in the Frodsham area. You

will be joining a multidisciplinary team including but not limited to; Team Manager, Enhanced Clinical Practitioner,

Clinical Leads, Community Nurses, AHP's as well as many other specialist professionals who visit the team.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and who provides confident support and clinical

leadership to clinicians alongside working in collaboration with other professionals. Has excellent communication skills

and an ability to work with patients and their families/carers and when necessary, act to safeguard individuals who are
