About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced physiotherapist to fulfil the role of Clinical Lead

Physiotherapist within the Integrated Community Therapy and Rehabilitation Service - North Lancs.

This is a permanent contract. Working alongside the existing Clinical Lead Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy posts,

this role will include operational leadership and management responsibilities, to support the large community therapy

team over a range of therapy pathways - for urgent response 'Home Assessment for next day D/C', up to 3 day to 10 week

community therapy response, including delivering falls prevention, addressing complex Continuing Health Care needs and
