About the Role
Lead and support the Enhanced and Engagement Care Support Worker (ECSW)/Prevention of Delirium (POD), team to provide
professional nursing leadership within the team. To manage the A level student enrichment programme, engaging with the
enrichment leads in local colleges, promoting and supporting spread across the localities. To develop a wider student
enrichment working with local colleges. To lead the recruitment, induction and training for A level students and
students in further education Expand the volunteer base to work within the hospital setting and spread the prevention of
delirium to all clinical areas. To undertake the clinical assessment of people with/ or at risk of delirium. To advise
