Clinical Lead - Mental Health Nurse
About the Role
To provide and deliver specialist nursing interventions for a caseload of young people with complex needs and their
families. To support colleagues within the crisis pathway byprovidingspecialist advice,guidanceand active involvement in
cases where there isa high levelof complexity, risk and needidentified. To undertake clinical on call duties in each
roster period as agreed (approximately 2 3 per period). To work alongside the lead clinicians within the pathway to
ensure fully integrated multi-disciplinary approach and holistic,person centredcare planning underpins approaches and
intervention. To work closely with acute general hospital departments/colleagues to ensure high quality in-reach nursing
