About the Role

JOB TITLE: Clinical Lead - Neurodevelopmental Services REPORTING TO: Medical Director Service Development Lead the

design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive all age neurodevelopmental assessment, diagnosis, and

treatment service. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical pathways are efficient, patient-focused,

and aligned with the latest neurodevelopmental guidelines. Develop and oversee the implementation of automated workflows

for pre-assessment, clinical assessments, and post-assessment follow-up, aiming to optimise clinician time and improve

patient outcomes. Clinical Leadership Provide expert clinical oversight for all aspects of the Neurodevelopmental
