Clinical Lead Nurse: Single Point of Access (SPA)

About the Role

To be responsible for the triage & assessment of care needs of children, young people and parents/carers who contact the

SPA. Demonstrate high level of judgmental/analytical skills when interpreting and performing assessments and care

planning via the telephone, text and virtual consultations Provide consultations & information (verbal and/or written

reports) to other professionals who need advice and guidance about children and young peoples health and wellbeing,

working within policies to maintain patient confidentiality, child and adult safeguarding and information sharing
