About the Role

The post holder will be part of a dedicated Single Point of Access team and will support the delivery of the Healthy

Child Programme (HCP) 0-19. The SPA operates a text, telephone and email service to children, young people,

parents/carers and other professionals. The team offers advice and support, and provides information and sign posting.
