About the Role

Cherry ward is a 18 bedded mixed sex inpatient for the assessment and treatment of clients who are deemed to have a

Functional type mental problems. Specifically but not exclusive to depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders.

As a clinical Lead your role is to improve and maintain clinical and professional practice whilst supporting the ward

manager. A big part of the clinical lead role is to support band 5 Registered Nurses and healthcare Assistants on the

ward leading on and supporting with clinical and managerial supervision.
