About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for you join our team at Tanworth Court in Solihull. We are looking for a Clinical Lead

to work 38.5 hours per week, with set shift pattern across a 2 week rolling rota - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday &

Sunday (44 hours), Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (33 hours)  along with on-call on a rota basis.  

As a Clinical Lead you have responsibility for leading a team of nursing staff to ensure delivery of an excellent

standard of care which promotes independence, dignity and respect and positively enhances the lives of clients living
