About the Role
What you'll be working: 37.5 hours a week What you'll be doing: The post holder will have responsibility for the
leadership and line management of staff across all areas and is the named lead for all quality and governance. The post
holder will be a Senior Nurse and be responsible for ensuring delivery of safe and clinically effective care, providing
assurance. They will ensure that residents receive care, which is safe, responsive, compassionate, caring and well led.
