About the Role
Lead a service that is patient centred as well as establishing a supportive relationship with patients, ensuring their
rights, dignity and confidentiality are protected at all times. Support the multidisciplinary team in line with Trust
and the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) standards and ensure government initiatives are embedded in
the service. Support and enable patients to make informed decisions relating to their treatment and management.
Instigate and adjust treatments within set guidelines. To undertake management and support of complex treatment options
to ensure best care. Manage nurse led clinics and baseline assessments, formulating clinical management plans. To
