Clinical Manager

About the Role

Seaview House Private Nursing Home is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical excellence in our 22-bed facility overlooking Ballyholme Bay. This role involves providing professional leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring staff while maintaining high standards of resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on clinical excellence and training.
• Ensure compliance with RQIA and Care Home regulations.
• Deputize for the Home Manager during absences.
• Complete floor shifts to meet home needs.
• Manage workload and maintain communication and records.
• Ensure care plans reflect residents' current needs.

Requirements

• Active RN (RGN) PIN required.
• 5 years post-registration clinical experience.
• 2 years experience in a care home environment.
• Strong clinical skills and leadership ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of audits and care home standards.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
