About the Role

Healthcare / Clinical Negligence (Defence) Partner The Opportunity: A law firm in Belfast is keen to attract a highly

experienced Partner (or Legal Director level) to join their healthcare team. You will join a competitive team and handle

a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, including matters involving doctors, nurses, private

hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Youll advise clients on complex medical, legal, and procedural issues,

working closely with both insurers and insured professionals to achieve successful outcomes. Your work will include:

Managing a diverse caseload of clinical negligence and healthcare-related claims from instruction through to resolution.
