About the Role

Contribute to the delivery of Trust wide education and training initiatives and programmes. Support the Sister / Charge

Nurse, Matrons, AHPs and Education and Practice Development Lead in the delivery of comprehensive education, training

and professional development of the nursing / AHP team and service users. Lead on QI projects. Work clinically alongside

all Registered and Non-Registered staff in the area promoting and delivering education, practice and the implementation

of policies to ensure a workforce fit for purpose and practice. Contribute to the local implementation of the CMG

Education, Training and Development Strategy by supporting change, innovation and new ways of working. Work with the
