About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner in Homeless Outreach, you will provide specialized drug and alcohol services to homeless individuals and local hostels. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver holistic care, conduct health assessments, and facilitate access to essential health services, ultimately improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
