The Clinical Nurse Specialist will provide expert, holistic care of a high standard to both the patients and their

relatives; to assist in the development and maintenance of the Anticoagulant Service within East & North Herts NHS

Trust.

The post holder will provide a patient focused service to include assessment, treatment, education and follow-up
