About the Role
We are recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our new Care Homes Advance Care Planning Service in Barnsley. This
is a unique opportunity where you will be based at Silkstone Health Centre and work with patients in Care Homes in the
Barnsley area. Salary:Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC Band 6 - £38,638 to £46,581 per annum (increasing to
£39,959 to £48,117 per annum from 1st April 2026) + enhancement (Pro Rata) Hours/Contract: Full Time/Part Time core
hours 8.30 4.30 pm Contract Type: Permanent Based: Silkstone Health Centre, Barnsley Closing date:29th March 2026
