About the Role

Act in accordance with the NMC Code and be accountable for own practice and professional actions at all times.

Contribute to the development of the roles of nurses, midwives, nursing associates in the best interests of patients and

these professions in accordance with the NMC Code. Demonstrate clinical practice expertise through personal practice,

lead by example and include face to face teaching, delivering education sessions and developing training plans. A

knowledgeable team leader and resource for staff, advising on national, local and Trust policy and
