Clinical Nurse Specialist for Breast Cancer

About the Role

To support the breast PFSU pathway, ensuring safe and effective follow up Deliver nurse-led oncology clinics along side

the wider oncology team, clinics to include pre chemotherapy assessments, review of on treat patients, complications of

hormone therapy. Work autonomously within the MDT to support decision making. Support consultants with the delivery of a

new diagnosis Discuss investigations and treatment for cancer with sensitivity, knowledge and expertise. Deliver

clinical care and management in line with local and national guidance and best practice Contribute to service

development with audit and quality improvement initiatives
