About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main purpose of the role is to act as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), providing expert care, treatment,
coordination and support for patients with gynaecology cancers. The post holder will also be expected to contribute to
advancing the body of knowledge through education, research and audit as well as developing practice in others with
regard to this patient group. They will be expected to play a key role within the multi-professional team in order to
ensure a seamless, co-ordinated approach to care and timely onward referral to other professionals and agencies as
