Generic To provide highly specialist nursing advice underpinned by theory and experience to support patients and their
families/carers To plan, develop, improve and promote the service ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost effective
care To act as an autonomous practitioner, independently planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care
achieved through systematic and holistic assessment, clinical examination skills, personalised care planning and
independent onwards referral and discharge to primary care team To provide patients and staff with highly developed
