Working within a multidisciplinary and multi-agency framework, you will collaborate closely with cardiology,

genetic/genomic services, and coronial services and other regional partners to embed this pathway across the Peninsula.

Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating care for bereaved families at a highly sensitive time Providing

specialist counselling and clinical advice Obtaining informed consent for DNA storage and appropriate genomic testing

Facilitating access to appropriate cardiac screening Delivering education and guidance to healthcare and other
