About the Role

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the kidney transplant team. Kidney transplantation is the treatment of

choice for patients with chronic kidney disease. As a kidney recipient coordinator CNS you will be part of a dynamic and

friendly multidisciplinary team facilitating the promotion, development and enhancement of the kidney transplant

pathway.

AS part of your role, you will be expected:

• To develop, implement and evaluate a specialist service in the assessment of patients with kidney failure considered
