About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in neurology – preferably in Multiple Sclerosis – and in case management.

We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic person to provide high quality care to patients with MS across the community. You

will possess advanced clinical assessment skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal

candidate would be passionate about the caring for people with Multiple Sclerosis.

You will be covering the South Bank side of the Humber; base can be discussed at interview. However, the post would

require flexible working across the local area to meet service need. This would include flexible working, clinics and
