About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Community Mental Health Service (CMHS), based in Bridgwater. We are

seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Practitioner (Registered Mental Health Nurse, qualified Non-Medical

Prescriber) to join our well established, supportive and dedicated multidisciplinary team.

This role will support adults with serious mental illness (SMI) and complex needs, working across a shared caseload with

a particular focus on delivering and developing our Depot, Clozapine and Wellbeing Clinics. You will be a key clinical

leader within the team and will play an essential role in service delivery, medicines optimisation and patient-centred
