About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our busy Eye team at Hillingdon and Mount

Vernon Hospitals together with community clinics. The post- holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning and

provision of specialise ophthalmic nursing service and carry out specialist nursing procedures.

The post-holder will be a key member of staff in participating in the improvement of care of patient attending the

Ophthalmology unit; they will work autonomously and are accountable for their own professional actions
