An exciting opportunity has arisen for permanent Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist - Palliative Care, 22.5 hpw (0.6WTE)
to join the Specialist Palliative Care Community Team in Northumbria Healthcare Trust. The post will be based in the
Northumberland South East and Central Team with a base at Nursery Park in Ashington. This post works as part of the MDT
in providing specialist palliative care to patients with complex needs in community settings. The service will cover
7days extended working hours service (9am until 7pm) which includes weekend and Bank Holiday.
