About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Operations Manager to line manage our Breckland community teams, who are based in
Thetford and Watton, working alongside our Breckland PCN partners and colleagues.
You will work with a professional and highly dedicated Community Nursing and Therapy team and have support from other
managers and Clinical Leads working across South PCN. You will also support cover needs for management of other
Community Nursing and Therapy teams across South as required.
You will directly line manage the clinical mobile workforce and take responsibility for staff recruitment, monitoring,
