An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated clinical pharmacist to join our friendly and dedicated

cardiology pharmacy team at Harefield Hospital.

As a cardiology pharmacist , you will need to have broad clinical pharmacy experience and ideally have experience in the

field of cardiovascular medicine either at a hospital or primary care setting. You will have completed or working

towards a Postgraduate Qualification in Clinical Pharmacy/Pharmacy Practice. Independent Pharmacist Prescriber
