About the Role
We have a vacancy for a Clinical Pharmacist to support a number of services being delivered across our Frailty Service
based at the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre in Hull.
Our Clinical Pharmacists work with a team of doctors, nurses and therapists providing a comprehensive geriatric
assessment to patients seen in: -the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre -care homes, -our community bedded units -our
frailty hospital at home (virtual ward).
We can offer part time hours (2 and 3 days) and flexible working to support our current services and projects within the
