About the Role

This post will be offered as a Band 6 to 7 Progression Pharmacist OR Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist (depending on

experience)

You will be responsible for providing a clinical pharmacy service to designated mental health inpatient and community

mental health teams and delivering on all aspects of medicines optimisation. You will be the source of expert

pharmaceutical advice for the MDT and undertake patient-centered medicines discussions.
