About the Role

This post will be offered as Band 6 to 7 Progression Pharmacist OR Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist (depending on experience)

You will be responsible for providing a clinical pharmacy service to designated mental health inpatient teams and

delivering on all aspects of medicines optimisation. You will be the source of expert pharmaceutical advice for the MDT

and undertake patient-centered medicines discussions. This is an on-site opportunity offering strong in-person

collaboration with the team.

You will also need to have the skills to be able to work effectively within the wider multi-disciplinary team of nurses
