About the Role
The Clinical Practice Educator (CPE) will identify and support the learning needs within their clinical areas for
clinical staff both registered, unregistered staff and students (Including Student Nursing Associates SNA).The CPE is
key to ensuring the clinical area is a positive learning environment through acting as an expert resource, ensuring
local training resources are appropriate and up to date, and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team,
