About the Role

We are looking for a committed and organised 8a Clinical Placement Facilitator (CPF) to join our maternity education

team at the Royal London Hospital, working alongside an existing CPF colleague. Together, you will help shape and

support the clinical development of student midwives, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality, compassionate

care. This is a challenging and dynamic role that combines educational leadership with operational management

responsibilities, including participation in the on-call rota. You will collaborate with midwives, senior midwifery

teams, and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to coordinate placements, identify learning needs, and provide tailored
