About the Role
Service Delivery and Performance Act as a professional role model at all times. Develop and maintain expertise, practice
and competence in the role of Clinical Assessor Provide skilled and effective Face to Face / telephone / Video
assessment for patients passed from a range of services such as 111 / work as part of multidisciplinary team within the
urgent care / primary care / OOHs setting The Clinical Practitioner will undertake a telephone / video consultation
using the computer software system and will always use professional judgement. To apply critical analysis along with a
high degree of clinical curiosity Empower patients to enable them to act upon advice given and embrace self-management.
