About the Role

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Clinical Work within the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health Care

Professions Council (HCPC) Code of Conduct. To fulfil the requirements as directed by the NMC or HCPC to maintain and

revalidate registration Deliver a high standard of patient focused care in accordance with Leeds Teaching Hospitals

Trust guidelines and policies. Provides, receives and interprets complex information to enable delivery of appropriate

interventions of care Independently assess, diagnose, prioritise, treat and safely discharge patients in accordance with

agreed protocols. Act as a referral agent and co-ordinator of care provision. Establishes effective multi-agency
