About the Role

As a Clinical Rehab Liaison at Encompass Health, you will cultivate referral relationships and manage patient assessments within your territory. This role is vital for driving growth through patient referrals, allowing you to connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in your community while utilizing your clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community and referral sources on hospital programs.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct in-services and presentations about services.

Requirements

• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• State professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One year in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
