Clinical Research Fellow - Rheumatology

About the Role

The Clinical Fellow will be part of the Rheumatology Team based at Southend Hospital. All the Rheumatology consultants

have research commitments. An active clinical trial unit consisting of 2 research nurses and 1 administrative staff

contribute to the research ethic within the department. Although this Job does not have educational approval it will

provide training opportunities at the same level as the registrars from East Anglia training programme. It will suit a

person wishing to develop subspecialty skills in rheumatology or research. The duties and responsibilities of the fellow

can be balanced between service and research commitments to suit the trainee.
