An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Women’s, Children’s and Clinical Services Directorate. The post is for a

Clinical Risk Midwife on a permanent contract.

We require a dedicated experienced midwife who has a passion for patient safety and quality of care. The post holder

alongside a fulltime Clinical Risk Midwife will be responsible for ensuring all Datix reports are investigated and

evaluated appropriately. The post holder must have the ability to chair multidisciplinary meetings, write reports and
