Responsible for the performance management of Critical Care, Theatres & Anaesthetics, Surgical and community-based

Health Visiting (HV), School Nursing (SN), Early Vaccination Team (EVT) and Audiology Services across Children’s

Services.

To ensure resources are maximised and delivered within budget to meet the Directorate’s statutory targets and objectives

including leading on national contracts and delivering efficiencies.
