at our luxury new care and nursing home in Surbiton, you\\'ll play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional

person-centred care for our residents, supporting them to live safe, fulfilled lives.

You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.

* Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
