Clinical Sister - Outpatients
About the Role
To be able to lead, coordinate and run colorectal clinics, general surgeryclinicsand vascular clinics. To support other
specialities within the Outpatients Department. Knowledge of, or to gain a clearer understanding of the care needs of
vascular patients with complex dressings. To supervise and act as a role model to registered nurses and clinical support
workers in running these clinics. To undertake the role as nursing coordinator in running the areas of different
specialities and manage staffingaccording to cliniccancellationsandadding. Tobe able to workin accordance withthe
consultants of relevant specialities to meet the needs of the team. Manage and co-ordinate the department staffing
