Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse - Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies (SACT)
About the Role
To lead and be directly involved with clinical and operational procedures with patients, carers and relatives. To
undertake assessments and direct care plans for patients, relatives and carers, with the team for those needing
in-patient care, day-care and respite support. To work closely with patients and their families. To ensure that all care
plan requirements are met within specified time-scales. To plan with the patient a leave or discharge plan that is
followed through for each individual involving both nurses, community services and other agencies where appropriate. To
assist, support and advise other areas in the management of patients with complex general and mental health needs. To
