Clinical Site Manager
About the Role
To ensure 24-hour provision of service, through the use of proactive site management, patient flow and capacity
utilisation, in line with Trust and national guideline. To ensure own and Clinical Site Management Team's compliance
with all Trust policies, Integrated Discharge Policy, Trust Capacity & Demand Escalation Plan, Inter-site Transfer
Policy and all relevant clinical policies. When required assume the leadership role in internal incident management and
Major incidents as described within key Trust Policies and procedures. Lead on incidents which impact on business
continuity, service interruption, and clinical internal and external incidents and participate in additional actions
