About the Role
JOB SUMMARY To coordinate, lead, design and deliver clinical skills programmes for the registered workforce which meet
agreed service priorities and regulatory requirements for clinicians employed across South West Yorkshire Partnership
NHS Foundation Trust (SWYPFT). Working as a clinical role model based in the Learning and Development Department,
contributing to the annual planning and delivery of wider learning and development activity, travelling across the trust
providing opportunities to increase clinical knowledge and skills to the registered workforce, using a train the trainer
